A metro whose newest month is behind the others reads as an em-dash, never a guess.
No tenant names. Not even from records the clerk publishes. Not case numbers, not street addresses, not phone numbers, not dispositions. Every value here is a count of filings, aggregated by county and by month. Landlord LLC names — which are also public records — are fair to publish, but the aggregate feed powering this page doesn't carry them; when a per-county feed is added later the "top filers" table gets the landlord and never the defendant.
No commentary, no ranking, no cross-year narrative, no "why" column (neither source publishes one). Nothing is asserted on this page that is not verbatim-supported in one of the two source files linked below.
