OSHA publishes the hospitalization / amputation / eye-loss reports as one bulk file it refreshes every few weeks; each row carries a short narrative OSHA wrote about what happened. The list below is that file, filtered to Texas first. Every row is one report; every description is exactly what OSHA published, never paraphrased and never composed from the other fields on the row.
